Coffee Love

I had the pleasure of enjoying many of Atlin Mountain Coffee Roasters beans while recently visiting the charming town of Atlin.

Leave it to say, it was my coffee of choice daily even if it meant buying pounds to make myself in my hotel room. Every roast has a smooth rich taste unlike any other coffee I've had to date. This is rather understandable considering their beans are uniquely wood roasted in their newly acquired sexy beast of a roasting machine imported directly from Italy.

Another fine detail I'd like to point out is the sheer happiness this couple radiates when talking about their business which is obviously a passion of theirs. This passion is shared with neighbours along the road they all share. One neighbour contributes her amazing photographic skills which draw you in on all of their labels and another neighbour contributes her writings on the written details about the coffee on the back of their packaging.

I think what moved me most about this business & prompted me to write is their sheer enjoyment at doing what they love. This is evident upon speaking with this couple about their passions for coffee as well as community. Something that is evident on first introductions to the couple and their caring creative nurturing neighbours.
